When and how can I reach your team?

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds. For any returns/ exchanges, we would issue you an online voucher for future use on our website. It would be valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

 

My order was delivered incorrectly or is damaged. What should I do?

In rare cases, If the product delivered is different from the order placed or has a quality issue, we will do everything to make it right for you! Please email us at care@yellowdoodle.com or WhatsApp at +91 8130085316  with the order number, the product and the issue, and we would work swiftly to make sure you receive a replacement as soon as possible.

 

Are there any products that cannot be returned or exchanged?

Orders for personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged. We also do not accept returns on sale products or that we receive after 7 days from delivery date.

Due to hygiene issues, products such as Organic Muslin Wipes, Doodle Dry Nappy & Doodle Cloth Diapers cannot be returned/ exchanged, except when due to defect.

We also do not accept returns for the Doodle Nursery’s products, unless a defective product is delivered.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing an order online, assuming the order has not already been shipped or has not already been personalized.  If the order has been shipped, refunds will be issued for the price of the product only, shipping fees are not refunded.

I am trying to place the order, but the payment isn’t getting through. What should I do?

In the rare case, due to technical issues at bank/ payment partner, if the amount has been deducted from your account & your order status continues to show as pending payment or payment failed, please do not worry. Simply write to us at care@yellowdoodle.com or WhatsApp at +91 8130085316 and we would try to resolve this issue on priority. 

 

How do I know that my online transaction was successful?

You will receive an email from Yellow Doodle after the payment is made and the order is placed. This email will include the order number and details about the products and shipment.

 

Will your products shrink after usage?

Shrinkage is natural for any cotton product, so try not to overheat our cotton or muslins. We would recommend hang to dry where possible.

 

Will the colour/prints fade when washed?

For natural cotton fabrics, some fading is normal. Therefore, we recommend avoiding the use of powerful detergents or bleaching agents, and dry naturally in the shade to retain the original colour and print quality of our products.

 

Is it a manufacturing defect if the product is not exact as in the photographs?

Not necessarily – due to the hand stitching/ painting process, variations and imperfections may occur in the products, but this is part of the charm of any handmade item. Each of our product is thus unique and especially crafted for your little one!

 

Can there be a difference in colour between the product photograph on the website/ social media and the actual product?

Even though we do our best to keep the colours on our website/ social media as true as possible, each computer/ phone screen has its own individual setting, so there can be differences in colour. If you have a doubt about the colour of a product, please do not hesitate to contact us.
